How It Works
Every job starts with a conversation. Call us at (828) 383-9040 or submit through the contact form and you'll hear back within the hour — not the next day, not after the weekend. Within the hour. We ask a few basic questions about your site and what you're trying to accomplish so we can come prepared.
We come out to your property and walk it with you before we ever quote a number. We want to see the slope, understand the soil, identify any problem areas, and hear what success looks like from your perspective. This step is what separates an accurate estimate from a guess — and it's what keeps you from getting a surprise change order halfway through the job.
No vague ranges, no "it depends" non-answers. After we've seen the site we give you a clear, written quote that covers what we're doing, how we're doing it, and what it costs. If we see something that might affect the scope — rock near the surface, drainage complications, access limitations — we tell you upfront, not after we've already started.
When we commit to a start date, we show up. We run our own equipment — no subcontractors, no delays waiting on a rental yard. Our operators are experienced hands who have worked this region's soil their whole careers. We work efficiently and we work clean, keeping your property and your neighbors' properties respected throughout.
The final walkthrough isn't a formality. We go over the finished site with you and make sure the grade, drainage, and finish meet the standard we set at the beginning. If something isn't right, we fix it before we pack up. We'd rather spend an extra hour on site than have you call us back with a problem after the first rain.
We're local. You can call us. If something comes up after the job — questions about the drainage, a follow-up on a related issue, anything — we're not hard to find. We've been here our whole lives and we'll be here long after the job is done.

The Difference
Most problems on a job site come from one of two places: poor communication before the work starts, or cutting corners during it. Our process is designed to eliminate both.
Walking the site with you before we quote isn't standard practice in this industry — a lot of contractors will price a job from a satellite image and figure it out when they get there. We've cleaned up enough of those situations to know exactly what that costs everyone.
The detail work at the end — the final grade check, the drainage verification, the walkthrough — is where our commitment to quality shows up most clearly. It's easy to do a job. It takes discipline to finish one right.
